李奇茂

李奇茂，驰名国际知名水墨画大师，安徽省涡阳县人（今利辛县李家庄），出生年月日：1925年3月22日，，历任复兴岗学院教授、国立艺术学院教授、美术系主任、韩国橝国大学教授、美国波特蓝橝大中国研究院董事长、圣荷西大学教授、北加州大学教授。现为中国孔学会、中华伦理教育学会理事长、美国圣荷西大学设立「李奇茂教授艺术基金会」、美国旧金山市订每年十一月二十九日为李奇茂日，成为中华民国获荣誉之第一人。
生于安徽涡阳，9岁始习中国画，大学时代则专研油画、素描和速写，30岁后特别强化于水、墨的运用。
师从梁鼎铭老师，台北政战学校美术系毕业。　现担任台湾淡江大学艺术中心主任、台湾艺术学院美术系教授、中华两岸文化艺术基金会会长、台湾中国孔学会会长等职。
