刘有成，祖籍安徽寿县。著名山水画家，作品多次入选全国美术大展并获奖，为中华人民共和国驻瑞典、南非等驻外大使馆，安徽稻香楼宾馆等国内众多楼堂会所，以及知名机构以及个人收藏陈列。出版有《墨彩飞舞——刘有成山水画近作选》、《水墨山水画法》、《黄山松石画法》等多种著作。
现为中国美术家协会会员，安徽省美术家协会理事，安徽省工笔重彩画艺委会理事，安徽省巢湖市美术家协会副主席。主要描绘以名山大川为对象的全景式山水，尤其以黄山风景入画，所画云、峰、松、泉，传承出新，独具一格，营造出一个美妙奇幻，神韵流溢的山水艺术境界。
