朱小芬

朱小芬，中国美术家协会会员、国家一级美术师，福建艺术职业学院美术系副主任、副教授，福州市政协委员，福州市政协画院画师、福建省教育厅美育专家库成员、中国文化部专家库成员。福建省水彩画会常务理事、福州市美协常务理事、福建油画学会会员、台湾南投投缘画会会员。福建师大高级访问学者、台湾建国科技大学访问学者、21世纪十二五规划中国精品课规划教材编委、中国职业教育学会教材编委、福建省艺术系列职称评委、福建省级精品课程《色彩》第一主讲、福建省级示范专业《艺术设计》带头人之一。2010主创福建省近代以来重大历史题材油画创作工程。2011年被评为福建省文化系统十佳优秀女性。2015年在台湾建国科技大学举办《闲云一片》个人作品展。
