张琮

张琮(1927.3—已故)，汉族，甘肃天水人。系中国美术家协会会员、中国工艺美术学会会员、中国美术教育研究会会员、中国剪纸学会常务理事、天水市美术家协会主席。1948年考入苏州美术专科学校，师承著名油画家、美术教育家颜文梁、吕斯百，1953年毕业于西北师范学院艺术系美术专业。历任天水师范美术教师，天水一中美术教师，天水高等师范专科美术系主任、副教授。擅长水彩画、中国画、剪纸。他的水彩画集众家之长，取国画之神，形成自己质朴清新，洋溢着时代气息和地域特色的风格，著名水彩画家、原中央美院院长古元先生评价其水彩画“淋漓水色，乡土情怀”。作品《冬韵》入选第二届全国水彩、粉画展览，《瑞雪》入选中国水彩画大展，作品有《早春》、《张掖木塔》、《草原盛会庆七一》等。出版有《怎样学剪纸》、《甘肃民间剪纸》、《张琮水彩画选集》等。
张琮先生一生致力于美术教育事业，是天水乃至陇东南美术教育的开拓者。作为天水师院美术系的主要创立者，他为陇东南培养了大批美术教育人才，倍受师生的爱戴和社会好评。
