关庆留(1935.11—)广东顺德人。擅长连环画、中国画。历任解放军总后勤部后勤杂志美编、政治部创作员、政治部编研室副主任。作品有《捉麻雀》入选第一届全国青年美展，《风雪高原》获第四届全军美展优秀奖，《山高水长》、《气壮山河》、《重庆谈判》、《山河永存》入选全国性美展并获奖等。出版连环画《智取华山》、《游击队长》、《看图读古诗》等。
