范治斌：男，汉族，1972年12月生于内蒙古呼和浩特市。1988年毕业于呼和浩特市第八中学，1991年毕业于呼和浩特市第一中学，1995年毕业于南开大学东方艺术系中国画专业，师从范曾，获学士学位；2002年毕业于鲁迅美术学院中国人物画工作室，师从赵奇，获硕士学位；2010-2013年就读中国艺术研究院，获博士学位，师从中国人物画大师中国文联党组书记冯远。中国美术家协会会员。执教于北京师范大学艺术与传媒学院美术系。河北师范大学美术学院、安徽大学艺术学院、湖北师范学院美术学院、新疆教育学院美术学院客座教授。

 范治斌具有扎实的人物画造型基本功和极好的笔墨写实能力，作品注重绘画的质感和情趣品味的追求。艺术直觉敏锐，处理手法细腻、丰富、多样。他从早期注重写实描绘形象转而注重手法、技艺的绘画表现，注重绘画过程中艺术家人格与精神之间的呈现与映照，试图将人物绘画从已有的写实、写真、写意的审美价值求取中超拔出来，而打上艺术家个人的印记与风格特征，借以抒发一己情怀和独特的个人艺术眼光、技艺水平。现代人物、风景写生、花鸟，不同题材都堪称精益求精。
