李学亮，男，1960年生于青海西宁，中国实力派山水画大师。
1988年毕业于西北民族大学美术学院中国画专业，文学学士。2007年进修于中央美术学院中国画造型艺术研修班。
幼年开始习画，形成良好的绘画素养。加之自己的聪颖勤奋，深得传统国画之精髓和李家山水绝技。其作品曾参加各类美术展览，并多次获奖。
李学亮老师为人低调，但做事高调。他集中国红色山水画技之大成，博采众长，画作几近完美，却从不张扬；他淡泊名利，潜心作画。正因如此，李学亮老师的画作品质更为难得。观赏者能从其画作中感受到一种开阔的胸襟，豁达的情怀，释然的心境。
