平龙

1964年生于上海。中国美术家协会会员，中国美术家协会专家库成员，上海市美术家协会理事，上海市美术家协会水彩、粉画艺术委员副主任，上海市美术家协会水彩画工作委员会副主任，上海工程技术大学艺术设计学院副教授。作品曾获1999年第九届全国美展铜奖；2000年第五届全国水彩、粉画展铜奖；2002年《城市印象》获第六届水彩粉画展银奖，并入选中国百年水彩展；2003年全国水彩写生精品展金奖、参加2010年朱家角水彩画国际双年展。
著作有《中国水彩画家平龙专集》，《名家讲座丛书水彩画静物》、《水彩风景画写生与创作》《水彩画静物》。
