骆献跃美术作品

骆献跃，生于浙江临安。1986年7月毕业于浙江美术学院，1999年毕业于中国美术学院水彩画高级研修班；现为中国美术家协会会员、中国水彩画家协会会员，浙江水彩画家协会副主席，秘书长，浙江省城市雕塑院副院长，国家二级美术师。
