冯忠莲，女，广东顺德人。擅长中国画。1941年毕业于辅仁大学美术系，曾任荣宝斋编辑，后在故宫博物院从事古代名画摹绘工作。曾任中央文史研究馆馆员。北京市第二届、三届、四届人民代表。中国画《江南春》、《涛声》入选第一届、二届全国美展，《红楼十二金钗》、临摹宋代名画《清明上河图》等。出版有《古书画副本摹制技法》
