赵兴发

赵兴发，海军原副司令员，河北滦县人。第十一届全国政协委员、海军原副司令员，现为全国红军小学建设工程理事会理事长、中国将军书画研究院名誉院长。他长期以来热爱绘画和书法艺术，是中国美术家协会会员和中国书法家协会会员。在此之前，他曾经在山东威海、福建厦门等地举办过个人书画展。
