王树祥：1970年出生，中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，中国齐白石艺术研究院艺术家协会会员，吉林省美术家协会会员，吉林市美术家协会理事，吉林省书画院签约画家，吉林市画院特聘画家，吉林市书画院院士，吉林市公安系统美协主席，吉林市第六届松花湖文艺奖，永吉政协委员。
