刘声垠(生仁)1941年腊月出生于吉林长春。1965年毕业于吉林艺术学院中国画专业。1979年调入哈尔滨师范大学美术系，任中国画专业教学，教授职称。2002年退休，定居北京。现为国家画院卢禹舜、范阳工作室画家，北京德泰书画院画家，中国美术家协会会员。

It is painter of atelier of Yu Shun of Lu of national imperial art academy, Fan Yang now, beijing De Taishu draws courtyard painter, chinese artist academician.
