刘波

刘波，字荷生。原籍山西，1974年生于内蒙古。2005年毕业于南开大学，获艺术史博士学位。导师范曾教授。现供职中国艺术研究院中国画院。国家一级美术师，中国艺术研究院研究生院硕士研究生导师。中国美术家协会会员，中国国际交流协会理事，全国青联委员，文化部青联副主席。
发表学术论文、艺术评论、随笔、诗词联语等计四十余万字。出版个人画集、文集、书法集、译著等著作十余部。
作品参加在法国、英国、日本、俄罗斯、美国、台湾、香港等地举办的大型画展并在国内外举办多次个人艺术展。
考察和访问国内外百余所博物馆、美术馆、历史遗迹。跟随陈佩秋先生研讨古代特别是宋元绘画鉴定鉴赏，渐入堂奥。对于佛教壁画、造像、棺椁线刻、墓葬壁画等有长期深入的研究和积累，致力于中西美术的考察和交流。
2009年5月由叶嘉莹教授推荐，加拿大UBC大学和大温哥华中华文化中心共同邀请赴温哥华举办个人画展并在UBC大学作《当代中国艺术》的学术报告；
2010年4月，应邀参加在以色列海法大学举办的“第九次以色列亚洲学年会”并作《传统中国绘画在二十一世纪》的讲演。同时访问特拉维夫大学并给当地艺术家和大学生讲授中国书法和绘画艺术。
2012年10月，应邀赴台北参加“第三届世界华人收藏家大会”并做题为《金石当代》的学术报告。
2013年5月，应邀赴韩国济州参加“济州论坛”并发表讲演《中韩文化艺术交流历史与现状》并在论坛期间举办《荷生刘波书画展》。
2013年6月，应巴黎中国文化中心邀请赴巴黎举办《荷生刘波诗书画展》并在巴黎中国文化中心举办《文人与文人画》的学术报告。
2014年3月，应邀赴法国巴黎索邦大学和博瓦提埃大学讲学，题目为《中国艺术的写意精神》。
2014年7月16-21日，应邀赴加拿大多伦多在多伦多艺廊举办《荷生刘波诗书画展》，加拿大联邦参议员胡子修、多伦多市副市长凯利等嘉宾一百多人出席画展。刘波作题为《中国诗画精神》的学术报告。
2014年12月，“古道照颜色——陈佩秋刘波书画联展”在上海新天地一号开幕。陈佩秋和刘波做“中国画鉴赏”的学术讲座。
2015年5月“陈佩秋刘波书画联展暨谢稚柳先生作品观摩展”在华中美术馆举办，刘波主持“陈佩秋范曾艺术对话”。
2015年6月，应突尼斯共和国文化部邀请，刘波赴突尼斯举办画展。2015年7月，应邀访问加拿大多伦多大学并作《中国写意画精神》的学术报告。
2015年11月，受聘吉林大学艺术学院客座教授并为文学院艺术学院两院师生作《中国古典诗画鉴赏》的学术报告。
2016年5月，第二次中韩青年领导者论坛在韩国举办，刘波随同中国青年代表团出席论坛并访问韩国东亚日报社，三星集团总部，出席济州论坛开幕式；
2016年8月31日，刘波受聘本焕学院教授，中国佛教协会副会长，弘法寺方丈印顺大和尚颁发聘书；
