罗贵荣(1962.12—)北京人。擅长电视美术设计。1989年毕业于宁夏教育学院夜大美术学校国画班。现任银川电视台二级美术师。银川市美协副主席。作品《光系列中的门廊》之一、之二获全国首届青年版画大展鼓励奖，《白盖头——伊斯兰人物造像》之一获全国第十一届版画展奖，《圣光——东方国里的穆斯林》之三获全国第十二届版画展铜奖、《远方——东方国里的穆斯林》之四获全国十三届版画展银奖，《虔行者》之一、之二获第八届全国美展优秀奖等。
