光绍天

光绍天，男，1940年生，山西省汾城县人，1962年毕业于北京艺术学院美术系，师承刘亚兰、卫天霖、吴冠中先生。擅长油画、中国画。在青藏高原工作和生活四十余年。曾任出版社任美术编辑工作二十余年。现任民主同盟青海省委宣传部长，青海省第八届政协委员，中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，中国人民杰出艺术家。并获得中国文化艺术终身成就奖。
画家对青藏高原的自然风貌和人文环境十分钟爱，尤其是昆仑神话繁衍而产生的昆仑文化对画家的艺术创作产生了重大影响，在作品中无不讴歌生命的意义和生活的真善美。上世纪七十年代后，随着藏族民间英雄史诗《格萨尔王传奇》的挖掘、整理和出版，画家在藏族学者的协助下创作了大量的扦图，先后由青海民族出版社、甘肃民族出版社等学位编辑出版，其中为《格萨尔王传奇-霍岭大战之部》一书，创作的六幅扦图获1980年被全国优秀美术作品奖，被编入《中国文艺作品扦图选集》（天津人民出版社）、《中国新文艺大系76—84》美术集（中国文联出版社）。著名美术评论家郭振华同志在1981年第二期《美术》上发表的《中国扦图一瞥》中给予高度评品。2008年4月画家由四川来深圳，与涵珍阁画廊总裁陈必昌先生取得共识，历时十个月创作了大型油画《格萨尔王》，还将油画《格萨尔王》的复印件带到青海，广泛征求各界意见，尤其是格萨尔研究所的领导，研究格萨尔和学者，教授以及藏学专家，演唱格萨尔王的民间艺人等，他们高度肯定了画作。画家也认真听取了他们的意见和建议，并作了妥善处理。画家平生致力于青藏高原题材的美术创作，虽然年届古稀，仍孜孜不息。传略辑入《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国现代美术家名人大辞典》等。
