高民生

高民生陕西长安人。擅长中国画。1968年毕业于西安美术学院国画系人物专业。曾在陕西省美术创作组从事革命历史画创作，陕西省群众艺术馆副研究馆员。参与“拴马桩”考察。辅导群众美术创作。《延安新春》、《枣园来了秧歌队》等由中国美术馆收藏；《黄陵祭》入选1997年中国艺术大展国画展；《大风歌》获全国首届扇子大展优秀奖；《天马行空》由中南海收藏，《神骏》、《心碑》由毛主席纪念堂收藏。编著《中国线描人物技法》。出版《毛主席在陕北的故事》、《成语故事》、《少林寺传说》等连环画。1988年设计西安市徽。
