刘建平

刘建平，男，1957年11月出生于山西阳泉。曾任山西大学美术学院教授，山西省美术家协会副主席，山西油画学会会长。曾任中国美术家协会第四届理事；曾任北京农学院环境艺术专业教授。现任中国艺术研究院中国油画院教授。中国美术家协会会员，中国油画学会理事。
1982年1月山西大学毕业；1989年9月至1991年7月在中央美术学院油画创作研修班进修；2000年9月至2003年7月在中央美术学院首届油画高级研修班进修。
作品多件参加境内外专业性大展和联展作品及论文多件发表于国内外学术刊物收入中国现代美术全集中国油画全集二十世纪中国油画北京画坛中国当代经典美术全集等年鉴和辞书作品为中国美术馆上海美术馆等收藏。
作品获第七届全国美展铜牌奖94中央电视台中国画油画精品展银奖第八届第九届全国美展优秀奖第三届中国油画展优秀作品奖等。
代表作品有《走过村庄》《北京地铁系列》《苹果园系列》《美丽人生》《工农兵系列》和人像等，出版有速写《零距离刘建平工作室报告》。
油画作品多件参加境内外专业性大展和联展：作品及论文多件发表于国内外学术刊物；收入《中国现代美术全集》、《中国油画全集》、《二十世纪中国油画》、《北京画坛》《中国当代经典美术全集》等年鉴和辞书；作品为中国美术馆、上海美术馆等收藏。
