关夫生

关夫生(1919.12.27-2009.4.12)，广东人。1938年抗日军政大学毕业。先后在129师、西南军区、总政、新疆乌鲁木齐军区工作。中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会顾问。
高中三年级时抗日战争爆发，离开广东省立广雅中学，拿起画笔，投入抗日宣传运动。
1938年入陕北公学。同年10月加入中国共产党。
1939年1月入抗日军政大学，毕业后到129师358旅政治部宣传队任政治教员兼艺术教员、旅政治部股长。百团大战中立三等功。
1942年任太行军区第三军分区政治部文艺创作员，以壁画、木刻等开展宣传活动。解放战争时期曾随中原野战军挺进大别山，在地方上开展对敌斗争中右臂负伤，但仍用二等残废的右手坚持美术创作。曾随突击部队参加横渡长江战役，过江翌晨，即创作了《横渡长江》木刻。战争年代部分作品编入《坚持大别山木刻集》。
解放后，在西南军区从事美创作，为西南军区政治部创作员。
1953年西南军区曾授予文艺创作一等奖状和奖章。
1954年任解放军总政文化部文艺创作室创作员。
1958年筹建中国人民革命军事博物馆，任该馆创作室主任。曾率中国博物馆代表团赴苏联、罗马尼亚访问。
1963年春任新疆军区政治部文化部副部长，乌鲁木齐军区政治部文化部部长。曾任中国美协理事、中国版画家协会常务理事、中国美协新疆分会副主席，中国版画家协会顾问。
2009年4月12日20时32分在广州军区广州总医院逝世，享年90岁
