 林庆萍，生于水墨世家，是中国国画家陈少梅的后人。

2017年8月18日，作为“一带一路”文化交流重要活动之一，林庆萍与先生陈长智参与北京山水国际艺术大道“山水丹青国际艺术中心”画展。

2018年作品在[创新中国 时代先锋]书画名家共贺改革开放40周年大型网络书画展中，荣获特等奖，并授予“改革开放40周年先锋艺术家”
