黄文琦

1956年生，广东揭西人，曾于部队从事文化艺术工作二十余年，1997年底转业，任海口画院副院长，兼任海南省美协国画艺委会副主任、秘书长，海南省书画院画师、艺委会委员。系中国美术家协会会员。
主要创作成果：
1994年第八届全国美展，并获省展金奖。
1996年全国首届环保书画展，获银奖。
1999年第九届全国美展，并获省展金奖。
