清白音

清白音(1930.12—)蒙古族，内蒙古赤峰人。擅长油画、宣传画。1948年毕业于冀察热辽联大鲁迅文学院美术系。1954年在中央美术学院绘画系学习。曾在河北艺术师范学院任教，天津人民美术出版社总编辑、编审。作品有《父子俩》、《庄严的民主权利》等。
创办过《热河画报》、《河北画报》；主编《故事画报》、《迎春花》等刊物。参加主编的《中国壁画全集》之《敦煌盛唐卷》和《藏传寺院卷》获全国美术图书金奖。《敦煌隋代卷》和《藏传寺院卷》获天津市优秀图书一等奖。主持编辑与香港合作的《藏传佛教艺术》获1987年香港十佳图书冠军奖。油画作品《父子俩》获首届全国《民族百花》美术展荣誉金奖，入编《20世纪国际现代美术荟萃》，并获世界铜奖艺术家称号。业绩入编过《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《中国专家人名辞典》、《国际现代书画篆刻家辞典》等。个人获“全国民族团结进步先进个人”称号。
