马泉艺

马泉艺，安徽嘉山人，1944年生。国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，享受国务院专家津贴，国家档案局设档案专柜。现为新疆画院专业画家，新疆文史馆书画院副院长，世界教科文组织专家，美洲艺术学院博学会士，日本福井大学客座教授，现定居北京和海口。1986年在中国美术馆举办个人画展，多次参加国内外展览并获奖，有“当今世界画马最具活力和生命力的画家”、“当代画马艺术巨匠”之称。多幅巨作悬挂于人民大会堂、天安门、中央军委、中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅等机构。应邀为联合国教科文组织、国际民族艺术组织、国际奥委会和多国元首创作。作品被世界各大博物馆、学术学院、收藏家收藏。出版有《马泉艺画集》、《马泉艺作品集》、《奔马集》《画马技法》等。

Ma Quanyi, a native of Jiashan, Anhui Province, was born in 1944. The national first-class artist, a member of China Artists Association, enjoys the expert allowance of the State Council, and the National Archives Bureau sets up a file counter. He is now a professional painter of Xinjiang Academy of painting, vice president of Xinjiang Museum of culture and history, an expert of UNESCO, a member of the erudite society of the American Academy of art, and a visiting professor of Fukui University in Japan. Now he lives in Beijing and Haikou. In 1986, he held a personal painting exhibition in China Art Museum, participated in exhibitions at home and abroad for many times and won awards. He is known as "the most dynamic and vital painter of horse painting in the world" and "the master of contemporary horse painting art". Many masterpieces are hung in the Great Hall of the people, Tian'anmen Gate, the Central Military Commission, the general office of the CPC Central Committee, the general office of the State Council and other institutions. He was invited to create for UNESCO, the international organization of national art, the International Olympic Committee and heads of state of many countries. The works are collected by museums, academies and collectors all over the world. He has published the collection of horse spring art paintings, the collection of horse spring art works, the collection of galloping horses, and the techniques of painting horses, etc.
