吴静波

吴静波（1922.7--1984.3），字炳福，号皇之，别署叔勤，湖南双峰人。早年做过中学教师。1950年至1958年先后在石家庄日报社、华北人民出版社、通俗读物出版社从事编辑工作。1958年开始从事美术教学，先后任北京艺术学院中国画教研室主任，北京师范学院美术系创作教研室主任。中国美术家协会会员。擅长连环画、插图。1985年曾在中国美术馆举办吴静波遗作展。作品有中国画《夺红旗》(为中国美术馆收藏)以及为茅盾的《秋收》、周立波的《山乡巨变》所作的插图等。
历任华北人民出版社、通俗读物出版社编辑、北京师范学院美术系副教授。论文有《插图工作的几点体会》。作品有年画《竞赛》，连环画《漳河水》，中国画《革命的风暴》等。
